Art N Melody – Terms & Conditions, WorkshopPolicies & Guest Guidelines

1. Bookings

Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment. Seats are limited and
allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Workshop Participation

Workshops are beginner-friendly and guided by an instructor. Participants are
expected to follow safety instructions and use workshop materials responsibly.

3. Age Requirement

Public workshops are recommended for ages 7 and above. Children should be
accompanied by a responsible adult when appropriate.

4. Seating & Group Arrangements

Workshop seating is arranged at tables that typically accommodate 6–8 guests. If
members of your group book separately, please let the instructor know immediately
upon arrival that additional guests are still on their way. We will gladly do our best to
seat your group together whenever possible. However, all seating is first-come,
first-served, and once other guests have been seated, seating changes may not always
be possible.

5. Additional Guests

Guests who reserve a workshop for someone else (for example, a child or grandchild)
are welcome to attend as non-participating guests. If you plan to attend without a
booking, please notify us through our Contact Us form at least 24 hours before the
workshop so we can prepare an additional chair. Non-participating guests do not
receive a workshop project unless they later decide to participate. If they change their
mind, they are welcome to join by making a separate booking through our website.
Provided that seats, materials, and workspace are still available, we will be happy to
accommodate the request; however, availability cannot be guaranteed once the
workshop has begun.

6. Birthday & Special Celebrations

Art N Melody provides workshop experiences rather than event planning services.
Organizers are responsible for arranging cakes, decorations, candles, tableware,
beverages, and any other celebration items. Live music is a regular part of the
workshop experience, and special song requests cannot be guaranteed.

7. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests are governed by the Art N Melody
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy. This includes: 48+ hours before the
workshop: full refund or free reschedule; 24–48 hours: no refund, one-time reschedule
within 60 days; under 24 hours: no refund and no reschedule; no-shows: no refund
and no reschedule; late arrivals: no refund or time extension. Approved refunds are
generally processed within 5–7 business days. Private event deposits are
non-refundable. Workshop cancellations initiated by Art N Melody will receive either
a full refund or a reschedule option, consistent with the published policy.

8. Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes unless
guests notify us before the workshop begins.

9. Liability

Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care while using workshop tools and
materials. Art N Melody is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.
